Melrose v Hawick

BERWICK 7, HAWICK 31

The match was played in perfect Spring like conditions with both teams keen to throw the ball about at every opportunity.
The home side were first on the scoreboard with a converted try after five minutes. Hawick were level shortly afterwards when Barry Sutherland found the gap to score under the sticks which Craig Neish converted.
